This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds, credits, or cancellations may be processed for AI automation services, custom AI agent development, workflow automation solutions, and related engagements provided by Taskego ("Company"). This policy is governed by and should be read in conjunction with the Service Agreement and the applicable Statement of Work (SOW).
All initial project deposits paid by the Client are non-refundable once any of the following activities have commenced:
The deposit covers initial project planning, resource allocation, and preliminary work that cannot be reversed or reassigned once initiated.
Payments made against completed and approved project milestones are non-refundable. Each milestone payment represents compensation for work that has been delivered, reviewed, and accepted (or deemed accepted) by the Client in accordance with the Service Agreement.
If the Client has not provided written objection within seven (7) business days of milestone delivery, the work shall be deemed accepted and no refund will be applicable for that phase.
If the Client elects to cancel a project engagement:
In rare circumstances where Taskego is unable to fulfill an engagement, the Client will receive a full refund for any work not yet commenced or delivered. Completed and approved work remains non-refundable.

If the Client believes a refund is warranted due to a material failure in service delivery, the Client must submit a written dispute within fourteen (14) business days of the issue. Taskego will review the claim and respond within ten (10) business days. All disputes are subject to the terms outlined in the Service Agreement and Terms of Service.
